In order to ensure the happiness and safety of our members, I have developed a
procedure for handling problems between members. This Arbitration Process only applies
to issues you are having with another member. This includes, but is not limited to:
harassment, violence, threats, stalking, using reviews to lash out, spiteful mail, or any other
offense that the injured party feels inhibits their ability to enjoy their experience on the
World Of Poets.com website. We can then come to a peaceful resolution for all!

If, after both parties agree upon the date and time of an arbitration hearing, either party fails to appear, then
that party will be suspended until a hearing can be conducted. Remember, suspension means all your poetry
and points go back to ZERO. World Of Poets takes COMPLAINTS very seriously, so please think before you open
a complaint with another member. Your safety and secure experience is our TOP PRIORITY.
